We offer a full exchange or refund on any items you order from Face it Guys if you are not happy with the product.  Please return the item to us within 21 days, make sure you package the item securely and that you enclose a copy of the invoice and a short note explaining your reason for return.  Usually the packaging the item was sent in can be used for it’s return.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we allow you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within 7 working days of receiving the product.  We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNOPENED faceitguys.com products if we receive your product return request within 7 working days.  In the event you decide to cancel an order then we ask that you put this into writing whether it be by email or by a letter (we advise you obtain a proof of postage certificate or even use recorded delivery).

As before all items must be returned UNUSED AND UNOPENED in their original packaging, with a copy of your faceitguys.com invoice and the reason that you are returning the item.  Please make sure the items are packaged securely to avoid any breakages.  We also advise that you obtain proof of postage.

We will only refund the delivery costs if the goods are being returned as a result of our error.  We will refund or exchange your purchase, in most cases within seven working days of receiving the goods.
