When shaving it is important that you remember that in
order to have a smooth shave you need to provide a well
lubricated shave cream which is just as important as a
good blade. The right shave cream means less
resistance, less irritation, less nicks and a longer
lasting blade! A good shave cream will moisturise your
skin meaning that the face will feel smoother and softer
afterwards.
The
best way to use a shave cream is to first wash your face
with a good face wash or face scrub, then rinse
thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel. Moisten the
area you wish to shave with warm water then add the
shaving cream to this area either with just your hands
or with a shaving brush. Shave with a sharp blade and
ensure you rinse the blade regularly in warm water.
When you have finished shaving rinse the area to ensure
no product remains on the skin. Pat dry with a clean
towel, very important to pat and not rub. Finish off by
moisturising your face. For more tips on shaving
